As a Director of Operations, Katie is responsible for providing leadership, development, execution, business management, and strategy with a focus on strategic priorities. This includes attracting, retaining and developing top talent into effective managers, providing direction on innovative and consistent care & services. She also works with other Executive Staff to maximize profitability through revenue generation and expense control. 

She is also responsible for retaining and enhancing Ashford Martin Corporation's "hands on" management approach.

As an Accountant on staff at Ashford Martin Corporation, Ann Wheeler, is responsible for the input of the communities' accounts payable and accounts receivable records. She excels at making sure that all accounts are current, accurately reconciled and that their records are also meticulously maintained at all times.  She is a passionate worker who is constantly seeking new challenges and providing a high level of satisfaction to those she works with.

As Vice President of Finance, Chris Moser fiscally guides Ashford Martin Corporation and its managed communities to operate efficiently and profitably by planning, implementing and overseeing financial policies and procedures. He also has developed, introduced and refined several systems that have increased revenue and decreased costs for all current communities. These communities have and will continue to thrive financially due to theses systems, despite tough economic hurdles.


Chris Moser joined Ashford Martin Corporation in 2007 after graduating college. He has a thorough understanding of the accounting field and has adapted it seamlessly to the assisted living industry.


Our Executive Team

As the Director of Clinical Services, Susan Liermann is responsible for managing the tenants' health plan and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with State & Federal regulations and our communities'  policies and procedures. Susan also directs all caregiver training with a comprehensive training program tailored specifically for requirements set forth by Ashford Martin Corporation and the State of Wisconsin.


​As the Vice President of Development Tamara is responsible for expanding and diversifying Ashford Martin Corporation's community portfolio. By using her vast experience of the senior living industry she is able to assist owners or investors of a new or existing senior living community in learning more about the financial and operational benefits that communities operated by Ashford Martin Corporation experience and how those benefits can be realized in their own communities. 


As Owner, President and CEO of Ashford Martin Corporation, Patricia Martin oversees operations, develops new communities and works to achieve the companies' financial goals. She utilizes over 40 years of experience in the geriatric healthcare industry to lead and maintain quality senior living communities. She has worked as an LPN, Director of Social Services, Admissions Coordinator, Director of Marketing, and an Administrator in a variety of healthcare and senior living settings. 


Patricia purchased Ashford Martin Corporation in 2007 and, while maintaining her role as the Director of Operations, became the company's President and CEO. With her expertise, she enables the communities that she manages to exceed industry standards in quality of care and occupancy. This results in not only a premier place for seniors to call home, but also exceptional returns on the investments of facility owners.

She advises the company's Executive Directors on organizational, compliance and employee related policies. He is responsible for leading multiple initiatives, managing priorities, coaching individuals, and leading our communities to success.
